More than 1 million Infantino carriers were recently recalled after being linked to three infant deaths. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said babies can become trapped and suffocate in the soft fabric lining of the slings. The recall involves 1 million Infantino "SlingRider" and "Wendy Bellissimo" sling models in the United States and 15,000 in Canada.
